NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to assist Hawthorne Police Department with a shooting investigation. The incident occurred on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at approximately 11:27 a.m. on 2000 block of 120th Street, in the city of Hawthorne.
Both victims were transported to a local area hospital. One victim was pronounced deceased, and the second victim’s condition is unknown.
