* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
