* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 11 AM MST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM MST Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Tuesday evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Wind chill values may fall to extremely dangerous levels.
