* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as zero to 10 below zero this morning and again tonight and Tuesday morning. For the Winter Weather Advisory, additional light snow accumulations up to an inch are expected this morning.
* WHERE...Parts of central Arkansas.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Tuesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With Arctic air firmly in place, impacts from snowfall will last for several days, resulting in a prolonged period of hazardous travel conditions. Bitter cold wind chills could result in frostbite as well as significant impacts to infrastructure.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GARLAND ... SALINE ... PULASKI ... LONOKE ... PRAIRIE
