* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 9 AM CST Tuesday. For the first Wind Chill Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 10 PM Tuesday to 10 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Sidewalks and roads, particularly bridges, overpasses, and lesser traveled secondary roads, may become slippery. The hazardous conditions could impact the commute overnight and Tuesday morning.
