* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 25 to 35 below zero tonight into Tuesday morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected with wind chills down to 15 to 20 below zero Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Tuesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from noon Tuesday to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 to 20 minutes.
