* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of a light glaze. For the first Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 10 above zero.

* WHERE...In Louisiana, Vernon and Rapides Parishes. In Texas, Tyler, Northern Jasper and Northern Newton Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until midnight CST tonight. For the first Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 11 AM CST Tuesday. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 8 PM Tuesday to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
