Severe Weather Shelter Open Tonight 
Due to continued freezing weather conditions the Severe Weather Shelter will remain open tonight.
The shelter is located at the Senior Community Center, 370 Brien Ave. SE. Shelter residents must check in between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The Senior Community Center will stay open tomorrow for daytime warming and the shelter will close down at 5 PM tomorrow.
If anyone needs assistance after hours, they must call 911 and have a police/fire escort to check into an activated shelter.
