WINTER STORM PARKING BAN
8am Tuesday, January 16, 2024
Until 12 am on Wednesday, January 17, 2024
The City of Somersworth has declared an emergency parking ban; no on-street parking will be allowed City Wide beginning at:
· 8am .Tuesday January 16 2024 and ending at midnight on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
The Parking Ban will not be in effect for the following Downtown District Streets during the forecasted snow storm in the following areas:
· Government Way
· Station Street
· John Parsons Drive
· Main Street (Market to Washington)
· Washington Street
· Constitutional Way
· Market Street
· High Street (Market to Constitutional Way)
All vehicles parked on City streets with the exception of the listed Downtown streets will be ticketed and towed when the ban is in effect.
A winter storm watch is in effect for Somersworth from late Wednesday night through Friday early morning.
