Local Weather-Related Electric Power Update. 
SHARE (12 PM): The Electric Reliability Council of Texas is calling for conservation Tuesday (1/16) from 6-9 AM. Temperatures are forecasted to be colder this evening and into tomorrow morning.
As a result, ERCOT is requesting Texans to conserve electricity use, if safe to do so, from 6-9 AM to help with grid reliability.
CPS Energy continues to have sufficient power to meet local energy demand. We will continue to work closely with ERCOT, local leaders, and stakeholders on communication efforts to ensure our customers and community stay informed with urgent messages.
