SUSPECT(S): Raymond Angelo-Soriano-Concepcion, 19-year-old resident of Chino Hills
VICTIM(S): Ayala High School
SUMMARY: In November 2023, deputies from the Chino Hills Police/Sheriff's Station investigated a series of graffiti incidents at Ayala High School. Deputies identified 19-year-old resident of Chino Hills, Raymond Angelo Soriano-Concepcion, as the suspect. During the investigation, deputies identified Soriano-Concepcion as a suspect in the sales of illegal narcotics. A Ramey Warrant was issued for Soriano-Concepcion.
On Monday, January 15, 2024, at 11:11 a.m., deputies served a search warrant on the 14000 block of Reservoir Place in Chino Hills. Soriano-Concepcion was contacted and detained. Deputies recovered evidence of illegal narotics for sales, graffiti, and an unregistered firearm. Soriano-Concepcion was arrested for his active Ramey Warrant and transported to West Valley Detention Center for booking.
