* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and northeast, northern, southeast and southern West Virginia.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
