* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 5 to 15 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* AFFECTED AREAS: GILES ... PULASKI ... CRAIG ... ALLEGHANY ... BATH ... MONROE ... EASTERN GREENBRIER
