On November 25, 2023 the pictured suspect enters the Gloucester Township Target Store on Berlin Cross Keys Road, selects multiple pieces of clothing and places them into a shopping cart. The suspect the proceeds to the self checkout where he fails to scan and pay for $250 worth of merchandise. The suspect exits the store and is seen operating a Chrysler Pacifica van.
