Winter Storm Watch until 10:00AM Saturday

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday evening through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
