* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 10 below zero. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday evening through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GREENBRIER
