Winter Weather Advisory until 12:00PM Friday

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow. Wind chills as low as -10 to -20 Friday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central and west central Illinois.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
