...Bitterly Cold Air Returns early Friday Morning... .Another stretch of very cold weather moves tonight and persists through Sunday morning. Wind chill values each night fall to 20 to 30 degrees below zero.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero.

* WHERE...Areas along and east of the Mississippi River in far southeast Minnesota, northeast Iowa and much of southwest Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLAMAKEE ... CLAYTON ... WABASHA ... WINONA ... HOUSTON ... BUFFALO ... TREMPEALEAU ... JACKSON ... LA CROSSE ... MONROE ... VERNON ... CRAWFORD ... RICHLAND ... GRANT
