Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On January 11, at approximately 3:20 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 1200 block of Lancaster Avenue, when they observed a male engaged in drug related activity. Police made contact with 46-year-old Dwayne Britt, who was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of 9 grams of crack cocaine, and $466.
Britt has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
