Wilmington Police have arrested four men and one woman on drug charges following an investigation.

Beginning in December, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division have been conducting an investigation into illegal drug sales in the 600 block of North Adams Street. On January 12, at approximately 9:36 a.m., officers executed a search warrant in that block and took 37-year-old Jeremy Selby, 39-year-old Sheree Cunningham, 36-year-old Eric Selby, 37-year-old Tavar Smith, and 20-year-old Kaevon Tucker into custody without incident. Officers recovered 17.3 grams of crack cocaine, 17 MDMA pills, 101.1 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy Selby has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $14,100 unsecured bail.

Sheree Cunningham has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

She was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on $14,100 unsecured bail.

Eric Selby has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $13,100 unsecured bail.

Tavar Smith has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
• Conspiracy (Second Degree)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and wasreleased on $13,100 unsecured bail.

Kaevon Tucker has been charged with the following offense:

• Possession of Marijuana

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and was released on $100 unsecured bail.
