* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locations within the watch area south of Interstate 10 could see temperatures down to 25 degrees or lower, but these conditions are not expected to be widespread.
