City of Luverne Declares a SNOW EMERGENCY starting at 3:00 AM tomorrow morning (Friday Jan. 19th). Please remove any vehicles off of the street so the public works can remove snow curb to curb. If vehicles are plowed around, they will be subject to ticketing.
