Repairs on the water pipe continue. Materials are en-route to the work site. The repair estimate time frame remains the same from earlier(12 hours). The boil water notices will be delivered this evening to those residents affected. Any further updates will be pushed out as available.
Please avoid the areas of N.E. 26th St. and N.E. 22nd Ave. and the roundabout at N.E. 23rd Ave. and N.E. 27th St. due to a major Pompano Beach water main break. Multiple customers are without water at this time. Best estimate for repair completion is approximately 12 hours. This will likely result in a Boil Water Notice for all affected customers. The City of Pompano Beach will notify those affected. Any further updates will be pushed out as available.
