Fernando Manon, 69 year old male with dementia, left 1 Westchester Park Drive (Lifetime Fitness) at 5:45 pm and has not been seen since. Mr. Manon was on foot and headed in the direction of Westchester Avenue west bound. Mr. Manon has no access to a vehicle, no cell phone, and resides in the City of White Plains.
