* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST early this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility, with some blowing and drifting on roads. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
