* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST early this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could reduce visibility. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
