* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero.

* WHERE...In Virginia, Bland and Giles Counties. In West Virginia, Monroe and Eastern Greenbrier Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until midnight EST tonight. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
