The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office is involved in law enforcement activity in the 1000 block of Woodhouse Mine Road in West Point. Currently, the incident is contained, and there is no risk to public safety. We are asking that you stay away from areas near the 1000 block of Woodhouse Mine Road. Highway 26 is open in both directions. More information will be available as the situation progresses.
