DC Water issued a boil water advisory for some customers in NW. They advise customers to not drink or cook with their water without first boiling it for one minute. The earliest the advisory will be lifted is Sunday, Jan 21. Visit http://bit.ly/DCWaterMap for a map of impacted areas.

Due to the DC Water boil alert, water fountains will be closed at DPR facilities within the impacted area until the advisory is lifted. Anyone showering at these facilities should not swallow water.
 
We have identified seven (7) Recreation Centers in the impacted area of the boil water advisory.
