The Richmond Fire Department and Police Department are at the scene of an active structure fire in the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Ave. This structure was deemed to have hazardous materials inside and residents should avoid the area and smoke from the fire. Residents within a 6 block radius are requested to stay indoors and avoid the smoke coming from the fire.
