* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch. Isolated areas may receive higher ice accumulations upwards of two tenths of an inch.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Monday to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain overspreads the region from west to east Monday evening. Heaviest freezing rain rates expecting during the overnight hours. Lower confidence exists in the transition time from freezing rain to rain as warmer air surges north Tuesday morning. This may not look like a classic freezing rain event with ice coating trees and powerlines. With warmer air coming in aloft, trees and powerlines may be ice free, while surfaces and untreated roads remain icy.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CARROLL ... WARREN ... TIPPECANOE ... CLINTON ... FOUNTAIN ... MONTGOMERY ... VERMILLION ... PARKE ... VIGO ... CLAY ... SULLIVAN
