* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Midland, Bay, Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer and St. Clair Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS... Hazardous travel. The hazardous conditions are expected to impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Snow develops after midnight and becomes mixed with sleet and freezing rain toward the I-69 corridor late tonight and Tuesday morning. The wintry mix then migrates northward toward the Tri Cities and northern Thumb during the day while becoming primarily freezing rain toward I-69 until temperatures warm above freezing mid to late afternoon.
