CST/ THIS AFTERNOON TO 1 PM EST /NOON CST/ TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of up to
  a quarter of an inch. Ice accumulations in excess of a quarter 
  of an inch possible.
  
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and southwest Michigan.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/ Monday to 1 PM EST /noon CST/ 
  Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The
  hazardous conditions may impact the commute this evening. 
  Hazardous travel is expected Tuesday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain are
  likely this afternoon. Ice accumulations in excess of a quarter
  of an inch are possible, especially northwest of a line from 
  Monticello to Warsaw to Hillsdale.
