ROAD CONDITION ALERT: All area roads are covered with a glaze of ice. Driving and walking on any paved surface is very hazardous. 
At 0700, all roads are covered with a glaze of ice, and freezing drizzle is still falling. Road condtions to the south and east are worse,and improvement may not occur until afternoon. Numerous traffic accidents are being reported. It is very hazardous to even walk on pavement that the previous snow has been cleared from. Outside steps and sidewalks are also extremely hazardous, even if they were previous treated with salt mixtures.
Instructions:
Travel should be avoided if possible. If traveling, start early, go slow, stick to the most traveled roads (which will be treated first) and allow extra distance to stop. Have an emergency kit including a well charged mobile phone and appropriate winter clothing.
