Sandbags Available for Chula Vista residents today. 
Chula Vista residents can obtain up to ten free sandbags today from the Public Works facility located at 1800 Maxwell Road. Proof of residency is required and the sandbags are available on a first come, first served basis. The facility is open until 4 p.m.
