1. Weapon Arrest (1553) Clarane Avenue and Caran Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers stopped a vehicle in the area for a traffic violation. During a search of the vehicle, officers located a loaded firearm. All occupants were taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Junior Milichichi-Ortrega, 18, and a seventeen-year-old juvenile for weapon charges.
2. Carjacking (1830) 3300 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 21, exited his vehicle when the suspect jumped into the driver’s seat. The victim attempted to get back into the vehicle, but the suspect sped off, causing minor injuries to the victim. SUSPECT: Hispanic male in his twenties.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (2000) 4000 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 30, was in an argument with the suspect when the suspect stabbed him. The suspect fled the scene but later returned and was arrested without incident. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Andrew Tamminen, 37, for assault with a deadly
weapon.
4. Robbery Arrest (2114) 300 Block of South Center Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 36, was in the area when the armed suspect approached and demanded property. The victim turned over the property and the suspect fled the area. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody. ARRESTED: Andre McDougle, 48, for robbery.
5. Resisting Arrest / Taser Deployment (2153) 00 Block of West Harding Way, Civic District
Officers responded to a report of a subject brandishing a knife at people in the area. Officers located the suspect, who refused commands to drop the weapon. An officer deployed her taser to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Joshua Pachinger, 20, for brandishing a weapon and resisting arrest.
