* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following county, Riverside.

* WHEN...Until 533 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1204 PM PST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indio, northern Palm Springs, Coachella, Mt San Jacinto State Park, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, northwestern Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, North Palm Springs and Whitewater. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
