* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 PM CST Monday the stage was 8.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 14.5 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall to 13.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 16.4 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
