* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker and Washington.

* WHEN...From 6 AM CST this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall, which at times will be heavy, is expected to result in widespread totals of 2-4 inches of rain across portions of the area within the watch. Some locally higher amounts are possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
