* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel. The hazardous conditions are expected to impact the morning and evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow develops and mixes with sleet and freezing rain at times through the day. A localized area of heavy snow is possible with total accumulations up to 6 inches. The heaviest activity is expected from 8 AM to 2 PM with lighter wintry mix continuing through this evening.
