Several upper level disturbances will bring continued widespread showers and thunderstorms across the Mid-South through Thursday. Forecast total rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected across the Watch area.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following area, Phillips, North Mississippi, including the following areas, Alcorn, Benton MS, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Coahoma, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee MS, Marshall, Monroe, Panola, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tippah, Tishomingo, Tunica, Union and Yalobusha, and West Tennessee, including the following areas, Hardeman, Hardin and McNairy.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
