As of approximately 4:45am this morning, the aforementioned possible 911 outage has occurred - cellphones are unable to connect to a 911 trunk. AT&T is already aware of the issue and making moves to resolve it. In the meantime, Skagway Dispatch can still be reached with 907-983-2232 for any emergencies or additional info.
