OnPointe Insights (Question Pro) is conducting an anonymous survey on behalf of the town, and it’s important for residents to participate.

The survey is offered exclusively online and will only be open through Feb. 26. Fairview staff and leaders won’t be able to see who took the survey, and your personal information will never be shared with anyone.

The 2024 survey is designed to be quick and will inform Town leadership of residents' priorities and preferences.
