* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous thunderstorms have produced rainfall totals of 4-6 inches across portions of the area, mainly north of I-10. An additional round of thunderstorms is expected to move into the area overnight, with the heaviest rainfall expected further south.
