* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington and southern Mississippi, including the following counties, Pearl River and Walthall.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways from earlier flash flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 839 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hammond, Bogalusa, Covington, Franklinton, Abita Springs, Varnado, Folsom, Sun, Enon, Crossroads, Dexter, Robert, Natalbany and Angie. - This includes the follwing Interstate...
