* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 936 PM CST, Residual flooding across the area continues. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen which has led to lingering flooded areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Thibodaux, Reserve, Laplace, Gramercy, Lutcher, Chackbay, South Vacherie, North Vacherie, Convent, Wallace, Schriever, Labadieville, Raceland, Gray, Supreme, Garyville, Edgard, Bayou Cane, Killona and Montz. - This includes the following Interstates...
