Flood Advisory until 10:45PM Wednesday

* WHAT...Lingering flooding caused by earlier significant excessive rainfall.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parish, St. Tammany.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM CST, Residual flooding across the area continues. Between 4.5 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Covington, Abita Springs, Madisonville and Lacombe. - This includes the follwing Interstate... Interstate 12 between mile markers 58 and 71. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
