* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected over the watch area throughout the day. By this evening, storm total rainfall of 2.5 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts are expected. This rain is expected to fall relatively evenly throughout the day, so stream rises are expected to be gradual.
