INCIDENT: P.C. 245(A)(4)- Assault w/Force Possibly Causing Great Bodily Injury, P.C. 594(B)(1)-Vandalism
LOCATION: Kentwood Blvd/Palmdale Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Charles Moore, 34-year-old Transient of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., deputies from the Victorville station responded to a Victorville gas station for a male suspect who was fighting with an employee.
Upon arrival, deputies learned the male suspect, identified as Charles Moore, became aggressive after being asked to leave because he was harassing customers and staff. Moore became aggressive with a store employee during the verbal dispute. Moore physically assaulted the victim/employee and threw a large plastic trash can at him causing the door to the business to break.
Charles Moore was arrested and booked at high Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 245(A)(4)- Assault w/Force Possibly Causing Great Bodily Injury, and P.C. 594(B)(1)- Vandalism, and Violation of Post Release Community Supervision.
