Flood Warning until 12:00PM 
The Flood Warning will expire at noon CST today for a portion of southeast Texas, including the following areas, Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Colorado, Grimes, Harris, Houston, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, Waller and Washington. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding remains in isolated locations, primarily near high-running creeks, streams, and bayous, but is no longer an expanding threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
